Slopes forward Stand up in a tree pose, put your feet as you want. Put your hands behind your back in the lock. Hold your back straight. Take a deep breath through your nose. Lean forward, raising your arms, tied behind your back, as much as possible upwards. Hold your breath for 3 seconds. Go back to your starting position. Repeat 3 times.
