Very Tasty Marinated Courgettes
Did you know that young courgettes can be eaten not only in the form of stews or pancakes? It is enough to marinate them for a few minutes, and you will have a great ingredient for salad or a fresh dish — pickled courgettes.

  • 2 young courgettes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
  • Salt, sugar, black ground pepper to taste
  • Parsley
Wash the courgettes thoroughly, dry them. Cut into thin slices (about 3-4 mm) or cubes (if you are going to use them for salad). Then prepare the marinade. To do this, mix in one dish oil, lemon juice, salt, sugar, pepper. Add chopped garlic and parsley. Pour the courgettes with marinade, gently mix. The courgettes are ready in 10-15 minutes. You can add them to the salad, to any other vegetables, and you can serve as a dish for cereals, lentils or pasta.
