Oatmeal With a Vitamin Mixture
To prepare such a breakfast, you must prepare a separate vitamin mix. It is good both in combination with porridge and in the form of a small energy snack.

Vitamin blend:
  • 100g dried apricots
  • 100g prunes
  • 100g walnuts
  • 100g cashew nuts
  • 100g kiwi
  • 100g lemon pulp
  • 100g honey
Cooking:
  1. Pass it all through the meat grinder
  2. Mix thoroughly
  3. Keep in a cool, dark place
This mixture should be eaten with breakfast or after breakfast as a snack of 1 tbsp.  Per day.
  • Take the amount of oatmeal you need (take the biggest flakes)
  • water without added sugar and boil while it prepared
  • You can salt a little
  • Serve with a spoonful of vitamin mixture
