Wheat Porridge With Candied Fruits and Nuts
Boil the wheat in the usual way for you: on water or milk. If you cook wheat porridge on milk, then eat it without butter. If on the water, serve with a piece of butter. 

Porridge, cooked on water, can be served with a spoonful of vegetable oil if you do not like milk or butter.
  • When serving, sprinkle the porridge with candied fruits and chopped nuts (take any nuts you like).
