Pita Bread Roll with Fish
  • Any low-salted fish — 300-400 g (Trout, salmon, Coho salmon, Humpback, Mackerel, Herring)
  • Pita bread — 1 piece
  • Fresh cucumber — 1 piece
  • Olive or sunflower oil — 1 tsp.
  • Greens: parsley, spring onions, dill
  1. Grease the pita bread in small amounts of vegetable oil. 
  2. Lay out thin cut fish, put cucumber and chopped greens. 
  3. Then again a layer of fish. 
  4. Wrap the pita bread or make an envelope.
You can add one boiled egg. Cut it into thin pieces and put it on the fish.
