Pita Bread Roll with Cottage Cheese
Ingredients:
  • Soft curd (5-9%) — 200 g
  • Cheese  — 100g
  • Any nuts — 50g
  • Pita bread- 1 piece
  • Fresh Dill
Cooking:
  1. Mix the curd and cheese, add chopped nuts and chopped dill.
  2. You can add a small clove of garlic.
  3. Apply the resulting mixture to the pita bread and roll.
  4. Serve with morning tea or coffee.
