Pita Bread Roll with Cottage Cheese
- Soft curd (5-9%) — 200 g
- Cheese — 100g
- Any nuts — 50g
- Pita bread- 1 piece
- Fresh Dill
- Mix the curd and cheese, add chopped nuts and chopped dill.
- You can add a small clove of garlic.
- Apply the resulting mixture to the pita bread and roll.
- Serve with morning tea or coffee.
