Roll with Butter and Fish
- Lavash or bread with bran — 2 slices
- Low-salted herring fillet or whatever fish — 200g
- Butter — 20-50 g
- Any leaf salad
- Any greens
- Grease pita bread or bread with a thin layer of butter, then put strips of the lettuce and chopped greens on top.
- If you've taken pita bread, roll up.
