Roll with Butter and Fish
  • Lavash or bread with bran — 2 slices
  • Low-salted herring fillet or whatever fish — 200g
  • Butter — 20-50 g
  • Any leaf salad
  • Any greens
  1. Grease pita bread or bread with a thin layer of butter, then put strips of the lettuce and chopped greens on top.
  2. If you've taken pita bread, roll up.
