Healthy Omelet with Broccoli
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • Boiled water 100 gr
  • 200 gr of broccoli
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • Salt to taste

Cooking:
  1. Chop broccoli in small pieces and put in a pan. 
  2. Add boiled water and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour remaining water, add oil and salt and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Then add eggs whipped in advance and stir the mixture.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes.
