Healthy Omelet with Broccoli
- 2 eggs
- Boiled water 100 gr
- 200 gr of broccoli
- 1 tbsp of oil
- Salt to taste
- Chop broccoli in small pieces and put in a pan.
- Add boiled water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour remaining water, add oil and salt and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add eggs whipped in advance and stir the mixture.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
