Spicy Cottage Cheese with Nuts and Tomatoes
Ingredients:
  • Curd 5-9% fat — 200 g
  • Parsley or dill
  • Sweet pepper – ½ tsp
  • Garlic — 1 clove
  • Tomato — 1 p
  • Nuts are any to taste
  • Salt, black ground pepper
Cooking:
  1. Remove the peel from the tomato. 
  2. Finely chop.
  3. Grind the peppers and garlic.
  4. Cut the greens.
  5. Mix everything together with the curd.
  6. Sprinkle nuts.
