Healthy and Tasty Tuna Pate
  • 1 can of canned tuna in  own juice
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • A bunch of fennel or parsley
  • Black ground pepper

  1. Muddle pieces of tuna and eggs with a fork.
  2. Mix.
  3. Add finely chopped greens and pepper.
  4. Store in glass containers in the fridge for no more than two days.
  5.  Serve pate with whole-grain bread and a leafy salad.
