Healthy and Tasty Tuna Pate
- 1 can of canned tuna in own juice
- 2 boiled eggs
- A bunch of fennel or parsley
- Black ground pepper
- Muddle pieces of tuna and eggs with a fork.
- Add finely chopped greens and pepper.
- Store in glass containers in the fridge for no more than two days.
- Serve pate with whole-grain bread and a leafy salad.
